COACHING INFORMATION
Below are all the requirements all head coaches and assistant coaches must complete before being assigned as a coach to a Delco Phantoms team.
Please complete all PA Act 153 clearances BEFORE NCSI. You will need to upload your completed PA Act 153 clearances to NCSI.
All PA Act 153 clearances are valid for 5 years.
Act 153 - PA Child Abuse History Clearance
PA Child Abuse History clearance is valid for 5 years.
Act 153 - PA FBI Criminal History Background Check
PA FBI Criminal History Background check is valid for 5 years.

PA FBI Fingerprinting is valid for 5 years.

A Volunteer Affidavit can only be used in lieu of an FBI Check by anyone who has lived in PA for the last 10 consecutive years AND is participating as a volunteer with USA Hockey

Is valid for 5 years. NCSI screening is required to be completed every other season. USA COACHING REQUIREMENTS FOR HEAD COACHES & ASSISTANT COACHES
All head coaches and assistant coaches MUST complete SafeSport training, USAH module & have your current CEP.
SafeSport training must be completed every season.
You must complete the USA Hockey age-specific module for the level you are coaching.
You must have your current CEP/clinic before being added as a coach to the team.
